"I am extremely disappointed with the service for both my car and home insurance. My premiums increase every single month without any prior notice. To make matters worse, the agents frequently provide incorrect information regarding required documentation, which creates constant issues. Whenever I call to resolve a problem, the staff is unhelpful and dismissive; their only solution is to tell me I can 'always go to another insurer.' If you value communication and customer service, stay away.""
